My air walks never took me along to the top of the Alps, but
of the pilots sent superb frames to me...

Today I send a photo catch to you since punt forms higher altisurface
of Saint Roch Mayère ; behind plane it is not less than the Mount
Blanc.
The plane that you do not see that very partially is the HUSKY of our
aero club I must say that the day when I was posed on this ground
with the instructor I understood that I was to pass my qualif. mountain;
it was 3 years ago and since in spite of the hours which accumulate I am
not yet near...

According to André Dumas, there's an altitude
airfield... But where can we land ?

| It is the ground of Alpes d'Huez. A high altitude airport
referred well in VAC maps. It is as on this ground as I approached for the
first time the landings in mountain on the slope. For information I will
be able to send a sight in short final to you, practically on the level of
the mini tunnel in threshold of track (it is a chair-lift for skiers which
passes inside).

These Needles are well known because they symbolize a
mineral water mark since decades (Evian). They are right at five minutes
of flight of Alpe d' Huez and when the air is quite calm it is possible to
pass very close to them and even pass between them.
