The Bigorre.org 2005 "Coup de Coeur" awards ceremony took place in the salons of the Hôtel Henri IV, on Avenue Bertrand Barère in Tarbes. The best restaurants, hotels, and bars in Tarbes, as well as the best nightclub in the Hautes-Pyrénées department, were selected based on votes cast by internet users throughout the year.
L'Ambroisie won the award in the restaurant category. The Hôtel Henri IV won for hotels, Le Moderne for bars, and Carpe Diem for nightclubs. This excellent 2005 "Coup de Coeur" awards promise more delicious meals, wonderful evenings, and memorable nights... We eagerly await the results of this new year's voting!
