IN THE WEATHER CONDITION AT THE INITIAL APPROACH ALTITUDE OR ANY

TIME DURING INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURE, CONDUCT THE VISUAL

APPROACH BY ATC CLEARANCE.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PILOTS:
