Quartier de l'Arsenal (Tarbes)
Former military industrial zone founded in 1870 by Jean-Baptiste Auguste Verchère de Reffye after the French defeat, the Tarbes Arsenal was integrated into the Groupement Industriel de l'Armée de Terre (GIAT) in 1971.
