Marie Sigal's concert at the Celtic Pub offered us a beautiful evening, full of finesse and sensitivity around surrealist and contemporary poetry. Texts written by poets from all over the world, texts written by Marie Sigal, which she set to music very soberly with her piano and her autoharp, an instrument halfway between the small harp and the lap steel, the guitar that is played flat on the knees. No need for more to offer us an imaginary journey and a little moment of sweetness suspended in a world of brutes. A formula sublimated by the intimacy of the place.
